Anissa discovered early-on her passion for circus arts through her father, who himself works as a circus artist.
At the age of 14, before enrolling in the Berlin state-school for circus arts and ballet (Staatliche Artistenschule Berlin), she joined a sports-school focusing on rhythmic gymnastics and performance gymnastics – winning with her team the German Champions 2010 title.
